Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated July 9, 2026 · Version 1.1

Summary

NovaGo, operated by NovaPro Solutions LLC, is a software and technology provider only: it licenses access to a platform for bookings, quotes, invoices, payments coordination, customer management, and business profiles. NovaGo does not provide the underlying services, is not a party to any transaction between a business and its customers, does not set cancellation or refund terms for those services, and does not guarantee that any refund will be issued. Each business is solely responsible for its own refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks, and customers choose, hire, and pay independent businesses at their own discretion — NovaGo does not verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any business or its work. This policy explains how cancellations, deposits, platform fees, subscription charges, disputes, and chargebacks are handled on the platform.

This summary is provided for convenience only. The full terms below control.

1. Each business sets its own cancellation and refund rules

NovaGo, operated by NovaPro Solutions LLC, is a software and technology provider only. Our sole service is providing access to the NovaGo platform; we have no involvement in any transaction, agreement, or relationship between a business and its customers.

Every business on NovaGo is an independent provider that sets, publishes, and enforces its own cancellation and refund rules for the services it offers. NovaGo does not create, control, standardize, or guarantee those rules, and we are not a party to the agreement between a business and its customer. Customers choose, hire, and pay businesses at their own discretion, and NovaGo does not verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any business, its credentials, or its work.

  • Whether a booking can be canceled, and by when, is determined by the business.
  • Whether a refund is owed, and how much, is determined by the business.
  • Customers should review a business's stated cancellation and refund terms before booking.

If you are a customer and want a cancellation or refund, your request is with the business, not with NovaGo. If you are a business owner, you are solely responsible for honoring the terms you present to your customers and for complying with all applicable state and federal consumer-protection laws.

2. Platform subscription fees may be non-refundable unless required by law

Fees you pay to NovaGo for access to the software (such as subscription or plan charges) are separate from any amounts a customer pays a business for services. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or accounts that are canceled, suspended, or removed for policy violations.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in your plan. Questions about a subscription charge can be sent to support@nova-go.app.

3. Booking deposits may be subject to business rules

Some businesses ask customers to pay a deposit or prepayment to hold a booking. Any such deposit belongs to and is controlled by the business, not by NovaGo, and whether a deposit is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable is set entirely by that business's own terms.

  • The business decides if a deposit is applied to the final price, forfeited on late cancellation, or returned.
  • NovaGo does not hold deposits as an escrow agent and does not decide deposit disputes.
  • Customers should confirm a business's deposit terms before paying.

Business owners are solely responsible for handling deposits lawfully, disclosing their deposit terms clearly, and resolving any deposit-related questions with their customers.

4. Platform fees may be retained when a booking is completed

NovaGo charges a platform service fee on completed paid bookings, regardless of the payment method used, and separate from any charges by third-party payment processors. When a booking is completed and paid, the platform fee is generally considered earned and may be retained by NovaGo even if the business later chooses to refund the customer for the service itself.

In other words, a refund granted by a business to its customer does not automatically reverse or refund the NovaGo platform fee. Business owners agree that platform fees apply to completed paid bookings and remain payable independent of the business's own refund decisions, except where a reversal is required by law.

5. Disputes must be handled first with the business provider

Because the business, not NovaGo, provides the service and controls its refund terms, any dispute about a service, its quality, a cancellation, or a refund must first be raised directly with the business provider. NovaGo is a software provider and does not adjudicate service disputes, evaluate service quality, or order a business to issue a refund.

  • Customers should contact the business through the platform to request a resolution.
  • Business owners are solely responsible for responding to and resolving customer disputes, refunds, and cancellations.

NovaGo may, at its discretion, provide limited booking records to help the parties communicate, but doing so does not make NovaGo a party to the dispute or responsible for its outcome.

6. Chargebacks may result in account review

A chargeback happens when a customer asks their card issuer to reverse a payment. Chargebacks are handled by the card issuer and the third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe) under their own rules, and their decision is outside NovaGo's control.

Business owners are solely responsible for chargebacks, related fees, and any funds reversed on their bookings, and for providing evidence to contest a chargeback. Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive chargeback activity by a customer or a business — like any other misuse of the platform — may result in the immediate review, limitation, suspension, restriction, or termination of the associated account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion, to protect the platform and its users.

7. No guarantee of refunds from third-party providers

NovaGo does not guarantee that any refund will be issued by a business, a card issuer, or a third-party payment processor. Refund decisions rest with those independent parties and their terms, and NovaGo has no obligation or ability to force a refund. NovaGo never owes a refund for a service provided by a business; NovaGo's only service is providing access to the software platform, which is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaGo, NovaPro Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners expressly disclaim all responsibility and liability for anything arising out of or related to the services businesses offer, sell, schedule, or perform, including refunds, cancellations, deposits, disputes, chargebacks, and payment amounts owed between businesses and their customers, and the business owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold them harmless from any related claims.
