NovaGo, operated by NovaPro Solutions LLC, is a software and technology provider only. Its sole service is licensing access to the NovaGo platform for bookings, quotes, invoices, payments coordination, customer management, and business profiles. NovaGo is not a party to, and has no involvement in, any transaction, agreement, or relationship between a business and its customers.

NovaGo is a technology provider, not a law firm, and nothing on the platform or in this policy is legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. The information we share is general and provided to help you use the software, not to tell you how to run your business or comply with the rules that apply to it.

Laws and requirements vary widely by state, city, county, and industry, and they change over time. You should consult a qualified attorney or professional advisor about your specific situation before relying on anything you read here.

NovaGo does not verify, screen, or confirm the licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, background checks, qualifications, service quality, or legal compliance of any business or individual using the platform, unless a specific feature explicitly states that it performs such a check. Businesses on NovaGo are independent providers, and NovaGo does not employ, supervise, or control them.

When a business creates a profile, publishes a listing, or accepts a booking, that content reflects the business's own representations. NovaGo does not independently validate those representations, and their appearance on the platform is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any provider or outcome.

As a business owner, you are solely responsible for complying with every federal, state, and local law, regulation, and ordinance that applies to your services, your industry, and your location. This includes, without limitation, licensing, permitting, tax, employment, consumer protection, advertising, health and safety, data privacy, and industry-specific rules.

You are also solely and exclusively responsible for every service you offer and perform, including service quality and fulfillment, pricing, scheduling, charging and collecting payments from your customers, refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, customer communications, the handling of your customers' data, your employees and contractors, taxes, permits, safety practices for your workplace and your customers, injuries and property damage, insurance, and customer satisfaction. Using NovaGo does not shift, reduce, or satisfy any of these legal obligations, and it is your job to know and follow the rules that govern your work.

NovaGo expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for anything arising out of or related to the services you offer, sell, schedule, or perform. NovaGo's only service is providing access to the software platform.

You must obtain and keep current every credential your business needs to operate lawfully. That means: - Holding all required business, professional, and occupational licenses and permits for your state and your locality. - Carrying appropriate insurance coverage for your services, employees, and customers. - Meeting all applicable health, safety, and workplace requirements that apply to how you deliver your services. - Keeping any certifications, registrations, or bonds your trade or profession requires valid and up to date.

You are responsible for renewing these on time and for operating only within the scope they authorize. NovaGo does not track, monitor, or remind you about expirations, and it is not liable for any lapse.

Some industries carry heightened legal, safety, or consumer-protection obligations. If you operate in one of these fields, NovaGo may require you to review and accept additional acknowledgements confirming that you understand and will meet the specific requirements that apply to your work before you can use certain features.

These acknowledgements do not make NovaGo responsible for your compliance and do not verify that you are compliant. They simply confirm that you understand the obligation remains entirely yours. Declining or failing to complete a required acknowledgement may limit your access to affected features or to the platform.

NovaGo is built for booking, quotes, invoices, payments, customer management, and business profiles for everyday local service businesses. It is not a medical, legal, financial, insurance, cannabis, or alcohol-delivery platform, and it is not a marketplace that guarantees outcomes.

You may not use NovaGo to offer, sell, coordinate, or collect payment for services that are illegal or that fall into restricted categories we do not support. NovaGo does not collect or store medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance data, patient files, therapy notes, legal case notes, or financial tax records, and you must not attempt to use it for those purposes. Accounts offering restricted or prohibited services may be immediately suspended, restricted, or terminated without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

Customers book services on NovaGo at their own discretion and should independently confirm that a provider is properly licensed, insured, and qualified whenever that matters for the service being requested. NovaGo does not vet providers and does not guarantee their credentials, conduct, availability, or results.

If you have questions about a provider's licensing, insurance, or qualifications, ask the provider directly and request documentation before work begins. NovaGo is a software tool that facilitates the connection and transaction; the working relationship and its outcome are between the customer and the independent business.

To protect customers and the integrity of the platform, NovaGo may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or remove any account that appears to violate this or any other policy. Any misuse of the platform — including offering illegal or restricted services, operating without required licenses or permits, fraud, manipulating or faking bookings, posting fake reviews, attempting to avoid platform fees, abusive conduct, scraping, or any other policy violation — may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of the account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaGo, NovaPro Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising out of your services, listings, conduct, compliance failures, customer disputes, injuries, damages, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or legal violations.
