Session cookies keep you signed in and preserve your place within the platform during a visit, such as an in-progress booking, quote, or invoice. Business owners remain solely responsible for their own services, pricing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and customer disputes; payment and session cookies simply support the software that helps them run these tasks and do not shift that responsibility to NovaGo.
