Summary

NovaGo is a software tool for booking, quotes, invoices, payments coordination, customer management, and business profiles used by independent local service businesses. This page tells you how to reach us for support, legal notices, privacy requests, and intellectual property complaints. NovaGo, operated by NovaPro Solutions LLC, is a technology provider only: it licenses access to the platform and is not a party to any transaction or agreement between a business and its customers. NovaGo does not employ, verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee the businesses that use the platform, their credentials, or their work. Customers choose, hire, and pay independent businesses at their own discretion, so questions about a specific service should go directly to the independent business you booked with.

Support

For everyday help with your account, bookings, quotes, invoices, or payments, the fastest way to reach us is by email at support@nova-go.app. Our support team can assist with how the software works, but we cannot resolve disputes about the actual services you booked, because every business on NovaGo is an independent provider that is solely responsible for its own work, pricing, refunds, cancellations, and customer satisfaction. NovaGo does not verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any business, its credentials, or its work; customers choose, hire, and pay businesses at their own discretion. If your question is about a service, appointment, refund, or the quality of work, please contact the business directly using the details on their profile. When you write to us, please include your account email and any relevant booking or invoice numbers so we can help you faster.

Legal notices

Formal legal notices, including questions about our Terms of Service, disputes, subpoenas, or other official correspondence, should be sent to support@nova-go.app. Please clearly describe the matter and include any reference numbers, dates, and documents that help us understand your request. NovaGo is a software provider only and is not a party to the agreements between businesses and their customers, so we may direct certain matters to the independent business involved. Sending a notice does not by itself create any obligation or admission on the part of NovaGo, NovaPro Solutions LLC, or their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners.

Business address

Written correspondence and legal notices that must be delivered by mail can be sent to our business address:

NovaPro Solutions LLC 1621 Central Ave, STE 9140 Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States

If you are serving formal legal documents, please also send a copy to support@nova-go.app so we can route it to the right team promptly. Mailed items may take longer to process than email, so time-sensitive matters are best sent electronically as well.

Privacy requests

To exercise privacy rights or ask questions about how we handle personal information, email support@nova-go.app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Please note that much of the information tied to your bookings, quotes, and invoices is controlled by the independent business you interacted with, so some requests may need to be directed to that business as the party responsible for its own customer records. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

DMCA and intellectual property complaints

NovaGo respects intellectual property rights and expects the businesses and users on our platform to do the same. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to support@nova-go.app with the following:

  • A description of the work or right you believe has been infringed
  • The specific location (such as a URL, profile, or listing) of the material you are reporting
  • Your contact information, including name, address, and email
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable access to reported content and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Businesses remain solely responsible for the content, listings, logos, and materials they upload, and they represent that they have the right to use them.
