How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets 7 days of full access to everything — booking page, quotes, invoices, and payments. When the trial ends, your booking page simply pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, and you pick up right where you left off.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create your account, build your booking page, and use the whole product for 7 days without entering any payment details.
Does NovaGo take a cut of my sales?
NovaGo is a flat monthly price. A small platform service fee applies to each completed paid booking, regardless of how the customer pays — card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Stripe's processing fees are separate and only apply to card payments made through Stripe. Exact rates for each plan are on the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like and your account stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What do my customers see?

Can I accept payments without Stripe?
